TERMS & CONDITIONS

By commissioning me, you accept the following:

Payment

  • Payment is upfront via Paypal before the start of the commission.

  • No refunds once the artist has started the commission.

  • Full refund will be issued if the artist cancels the commission, for any reason, before even starting the artwork.

Terms of Use

As the artist, I have the right to:

  • Use the commissioned work for my portfolios, online profiles/pages, commission sheets etc.

  • Modify, edit, and repurpose the commissioned work as my own.

*If you would like to keep the artwork private for any reason, please inform me beforehand.

Commissioner and other parties may NOT:

  • Claim the piece as their own work.

  • Include the commissioned work in portfolios, commission sheets, etc.

  • Reproduce or Resell the artwork for any profit such as merchandise, prints, shirts, etc.

  • Use the artwork in any blockchain related technology such as NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or any future inventions within the space.

  • Use the artwork to train AI or use it as a base for any AI images.

The commissioned work is for your Personal Use only.For Commercial or NFT Projects please discuss it with me.

SUBJECT MATTER

I WILL DRAW:

  • Original Characters or OCs

  • Character Designs

  • Fanarts of other characters

  • People as stylised characters

I WILL NOT DRAW:

  • Gore or Violence though mild gore is fine

  • Anything hateful, malicious, or offensive

I MAY DRAW:

  • Mecha, to my discretion (I will try my best but it's not my strong suit)

  • Furries, again to my discretion. I will learn as I go.

For R-18 Content:

  • R-18 Commissions can be openly discussed with the artist.

  • R-18 commissions will incur a hazard fee depending on the amount of "goodies" requested by the client.

  • The artist will not accept commissions that involve minors, rape, and other malicious content.

I am open to discuss any types of work as long as it's within my limits.

I reserve the right to refuse any commission

COMMISSION PROCESS

Planning Stage

  • The commission will start only after the payment is received.

  • The artist will provide initial thumbnail sketches of the commissioned work. After that, the client may suggest and change anything to their liking.

Completion Stage

  • Once the draft is finalized, the artist will complete the artwork based on agreement. Any significant changes requested after the planning stage may incur additional fees.

  • Please give me two to three weeks (depending on the complexity and slot) to complete your artwork.

  • Finally, the finished artwork will be sent through e-mail.

  • Please excuse me as well if I take breaks from commissions due to my mental health. Rest assured your commission will be completed and not be dismissed.
